Yvonne is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, a melting pot of wonderful diversity and ethnic richness. She holds business degrees from Ursuline College and Cleveland State University, along with an advanced degree in Higher Education from Kent State University. 

She and her husband, Greg, moved to Raleigh over twelve years ago recognizing it as one of the best places to live and play. Her background is in customer service, sales and marketing, first as a manager in the corporate environment and then as an instructor at the college level. Real estate has provided a unique opportunity for her to combine her knowledge and experience of serving customers and marketing one of their most important assets, their homes.

Yvonne joined Northside Realty shortly after becoming licensed in 2006. Understanding the importance of education she has continued her real estate training by attaining the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. A GRI is committed to providing a high level of professional services along with a strong educational foundation of knowledge and skills to help clients navigate the ever changing real estate climate. Appreciating how important it is to sell a home quickly at the best possible price, she has completed the Staged Homes and Staging Training, to provide her with the tools to better assist sellers with creatively and successfully marketing their home.
