Matt earned an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from North Carolina State
University. After graduating, he worked with diligence leading large global teams and
programs working within fortune 100 companies traveling the world, working closely
with clients from many cultures and traditions, taking on senior leadership positions in
customer service, technology/development and marketing and sales.

Real Estate, however, has always been his constant passion. Matt has invested in the
triangle since the late 80s and has experience firsthand with our changing markets over
time. Matt is a professional REALTOR® (buying, selling, and property management)
with the winning combination of passion, experience, wisdom, and education.
He has successfully served home buyers, sellers, investors, and their families in 100+
real estate and lending transactions within the Triangle as well as in neighboring cities
and towns.

Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS®) especially helpful in listing and finding your dream
property to live or invest at the right price in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina,
Raleigh, Knightdale, Durham, Chapel Hill as well as many surrounding commuting
