Erik is a vibrant sales associate who recently began his career at Northside Realty. Erik became interested in real estate from an early age after seeing his father, Laurence “Nick” Nicolaysen, succeed in the business. Erik embarks on his journey with Northside Realty and is excited to continue in his father’s footsteps. Being raised in Raleigh, Erik is well-versed around Wake County and the surrounding areas.

Erik earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Integrated Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in December, 2020. As a fresh UNCW alumni, Erik looks forward to connecting with his fellow Seahawks. Throughout college, he worked in the food service industry allowing him to provide excellent customer service.
