Woods of Blair Hill
Woods of Blair Hill is a quaint, 2019 neighborhood located just a couple minutes South of downtown Wendell. The one to two-story homes are surrounded by lush trees, creeks, and ponds that make up the town. The homes include three to four bedrooms, modern kitchens, tall ceilings, or two-car garages. Some homes may also include bonus rooms or extra storage spaces.
Residents have many options when it comes to enjoying the great outdoors. Wendell is home to several parks and playgrounds, and residents can go fishing or enjoy a day out on the pond in multiple areas. There are also paved sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.
