Woodcreek
Woodcreek is a gorgeous community of 2016 to 2017 built homes in the Holly Springs area. Though the neighborhood seems to be tucked away with its natural setting, it is actually just minutes away from the new Holly Springs Town Center and Beaver Creek Shopping Center, which include a Target, Ulta, Petsmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ovation Cinema, and an abundance of other restaurants and retail options.
The neighborhood features a resort-style clubhouse with a pool, lazy river, fitness center, playground, and tennis courts. Woodcreek is also located about one mile from Highway 55 and the Triangle Expressway, allowing residents to easily access Cary, Fuquay Varinia, and Raleigh. Many of the homes are not just two-stories, but feature third-story lofts or bonus rooms. Other homes may feature wrap-around front porches or covered backyard spaces.
