Willowbrook
Willowbrook is a golf-course community connected to the Pine Hollow Golf Club in-between downtown Clayton and Southwest Raleigh. The neighborhood is made up of townhomes, one-story ranches, and two-story single family homes in traditional styles. The townhomes are found along the edges of the neighborhood, allowing them to have backyard views of a private forest that runs around the community. Many of the detached homes also have private backyards or outdoor spaces with the forest as the backdrop.
The neighborhood is just a short drive to a shopping center, downtown Clayton, the Clayton Community Park, and Municipal Park. Residents can enjoy walking throughout the neighborhood, or around one the nearby ponds. There are also walking trails along the Neuse River that are a quick drive away. Willowbrook is convenient to Old US Highway 70 and Highway 40, making a trip to Garner, Raleigh, or surrounding cities quick and easy.
