Willoughby
Willoughby is a 2017 through 2018 neighborhood located in Rolesville, roughly on the Southeastern border of Wake Forest's city limits. The neighborhood was built by HHHunt Homes, and is conveiniently located just minutes from the popular Granite Falls Country Club, which features multiple pools and a fitness center. There are top-rated, Wake County K-12 schools in the area that were built in recent years, along with newer shopping centers and highway access, such as Highway 401.
The majority of the homes are two-stories, though there are some that may feature third-story loft, attic, or have a basement as the neighborhood is situated on beautiful rolling hills. Residents can enjoy spacious living areas with high ceilings and large windows, along with large bedrooms with modern details. The homes may also feature brick or stone accents, and stunning gourmet-styled kitchens. There are two-car garages and wide front porches throughout the homes as well.
