Westlake Reserve
Westlake Reserve is located close to Lake Lynn, Leesville Community Park, and multiple walking trails. This Northwest Raleigh location also places the neighborhood just 10 minutes from RDU International Airport, Crabtree Valley Mall, and William B. Umstead State Park. Convenience to highway access also allows a short, 15 minute commute to Research Triangle Park from the neighborhood. There are multiple K-12 schools for the Wake County Public School System in the area as well, even including some universities such as NC State University, Meredith College and Wake Technical Community College. Roughly 30 minutes away are additional universities, including Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill. Westlake Reserve allows residents quick access to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of not only Raleigh, but the surrounding cities as well. Westlake Reserve is mostly made up of townhomes, though there is expansion for single family homes.
