Westfall
Westfall started development in early 2018 and is located only nine miles from the popular Franklin Street and just three miles from Jordan Lake. Residents can enjoy the nearby rolling hills and reserved nature areas, as well as taking a stroll through the beautiful UNC Chapel Hill Campus. The city is also home to Greenways, multiple walking trails, and parks. For activities within the neighborhood itself, residents can visit the community clubhouse with outdoor pool, athletic fields, and playgrounds.
The homes have been built by ICG Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, and Terramor Homes. There are nineteen different floorplans and architectural styles to choose from, while most of the homes sit on at least half an acre. Each home also has at least three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, while some of the larger styles can have up to five of each.
