Wescott
Wescott was established in the mid 2000s and is home to over 200 single-family houses. The neighborhood was developed by Community Properties Inc., and included 12 different builder teams. Wescott residents can gain access to the neighborhood pool and community bathhouse, along with the nearby Middle Creek Disc Golf Course. Residents are less than ten minutes from the downtown Holly Springs area, though can enjoy the natural and quiet setting that surrounds the neighborhood.
The stunning homes sit on green, wooded lots as the neighborhood is surrounded by a lush forest. Sunset Lake and Middle Creek are also just a couple minutes from the neighborhood, with the split Rocky Creek running through some of the home's backyards, adding to the natural environment.
