Walden Creek
Walden Creek is a large neighborhood located just a few minutes North of downtown Apex. It is an established communities with older, single-family homes, though new construction of additional homes and townhomes has expanded the neighborhood. There are around 500 homes and over one hundred townhomes in Walden Creek. The neighborhood includes a beautiful outdoor pool, tennis courts, and even a playground. Walden Creek's HOA and quaint community center host multiple events throughout the year to bring residents together. The neighborhood also features a swim team.
Being so close to downtown Apex and multiple highways allows residents to quickly access schools, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Raleigh is roughly 25 minutes away with Research Triangle Park being less than 20 minutes North of the neighborhood. Residents can enjoy North Carolina's gorgeous scenery, parks, and recreational activities by visiting Jordan Lake or Harris Lake County Park, both of which are only a 15 minute drive away.
