Union Station
Union Station is a 2019 neighborhood located just outside of Fuquay-Varina's city center. With such a convenient location, Union Station is less than ten minutes from several parks, playgrounds, and numerous small ponds to larger lakes. There is also a neighborhood playground for residents to use. With quick access to Highway 401, residents can conveniently access downtown Raleigh or Garner. Other neighboring cities, such as Apex and Holly Springs, are also a straight drive North from the community. A short drive West will further lead residents to the Shearon Harries Reservoir and Cape Fear River.
The homes in Union Station feature modern floorplans, with open kitchens, spacious living areas, and high ceilings. The one to two-story homes also include two-car garages, three to four bedrooms, and two to three full bathrooms. Some homes may also have custom decks, or multiple storage areas.
