The Village at Beaver Dam
The Village at Beaver Dam, built by Beazer Homes in 2018, is just outside downtown Knightdale and roughly 20 minutes from Raleigh's city center. The neighborhood features two-story, single-family homes, most of which have two-car garages. The Village at Beaver Dam includes a paved sidewalk throughout as well. Knightdale Station Park and several smaller parks are also nearby to enjoy. Many homes also have large attics or convenient storage spaces.
The homes feature modern floorplans and styles. They feature three to five bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and some have gourmet-styled kitchens. Other homes may also have bonus rooms or loft areas. Quaint outdoor areas create a community feel throughout the neighborhood, with multiple areas to come together and get to know your neighbors.
