The Glens at Bethel
The Glens at Bethel was developed in early 2016, with new homes being added until about mid 2018. The custom homes have modern features while the neighborhood's HOA maintains the landscaping throughout the community. The neighborhood is South of downtown Raleigh, making its location a convenient twenty minute drive from North Carolina State University, Pullen Park, and Wake Technical Community College.
There is also close access to Highways 40, 50, and 70. Residents are located right next to shopping districts that include grocery stores and restaurants. Just ten minutes away is the Garner Country Club, as well as a high school and more recreational activities such as playgrounds and parks. There are several creeks in the area, as well as a short drive to Capital Area Greenway access, allowing residents to further enjoy nature.
