Terrell Plantation
Terrell Plantation began construction in 2007 and continued to 2017. The neighborhood sits parallel to Highway 401, and is only a couple streets over from Main Street Park and Little House Museum and Gallery. About ten minutes South residents can enjoy the Fantasy Lake Scuba Park, or head Northeast to visit downtown Wake Forest and everything this neighboring city has to offer. With the quick access to Highway 401, residents can get to downtown Raleigh in roughly twenty-five minutes.
The homes in Terrell Plantation offer two-car garages, large front porches, and three to four bedrooms. Some homes may also include gourmet-styled kitchens, spa-like on suite master bathrooms, or bonus rooms. The homes sit on a little less than a quarter of an acre, and can have either long front lawns or spacious backyard areas. Though the neighborhood features two-story homes, a few also have attic spaces that appear as a third-floor area.
