Taft Woods West
Taft Woods West was a new community as of early 2018. It is a wooded community located just a few minutes East of downtown Clayton and the Neuse Golf Club. The neighborhood features custom built homes, several of which were featured on the Parade of Homes tour. Taft Woods West prioritizes quiet, family living with walking trails along the neighborhood creek, large private lots, and forest views. The neighborhood has become a mix of retired couples and newer families that come from all over the state and even the country.
Taft Woods West offers resident convenient access to via multiple highways to RDU International Airport, Research Triangle Park, multiple golf courses, and activities, such as local farmer's markets and city festivals. Clayton has even been rated by multiple magazines and news outlets as consistently being in the Top 10 places to live in North Carolina.
