Sunset Ridge
The Sunset Ridge community consists of condos, townhomes and single-family, detached homes. It was established in the early 1990’s and features many fine custom builders from around the Triangle. There are three community pools, multiple tennis courts, community gathering areas filled with lush greenery, a private golf club, and lake view properties. Residents can join the Sunset Ridge Racquet and Swim Club for full access to an array of amenities. There is even a pro-shop in the club center.
Many of the homes are fully brick and sit on at least a quarter of an acre; others may have a basement or large front porch. The homes have at least three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as two-car garages.
