Sunset Oaks
Located in the growing town of Holly Springs, Sunset Oaks was first built in 2004 and is comprised of 633 single-family homes on approximately 350 acres; though, there is roughly 100 acres of beautiful, open space. The neighborhood is comprised of two sections, Sunset Oaks and The Woods at Sunset Oaks. Out of the two, residents can live in styles ranging from cottage and craftsman inspired styles to garden and village homes or custom builds. The neighborhood has been built by several different building companies, including Saussy Burbank, John Weiland Homes, Garman Homes, Halcyon Homes, Poythress Construction Company, J. Scott Builders, and Saybrook Homes, LLC.
The neighborhood's HOA have developed high standards to ensure the beauty of the community will last for generations. The homeowners association is professionally managed, and there are covenants, restrictions, and architectural and fencing guidelines in place to assist with the plan of protecting the neighborhood. Sunset Oaks is a friendly and social community. Residents can join the neighborhood's Facebook group, where members can discuss issues that are important to life in the neighborhood or safety of the families and children. Residents can also post neighborhood gatherings or fun events happening around town.
Sunset Oaks residents can enjoy the community pool facility as well. It includes a kiddie pool and waters-park type features, such as slashers, sprayers, splash pads, a water slide, and even a lazy river. Residents can also visit the Middle Creek School Park and Disc Golf Course or spend the day at The Shoppes at Holly Springs, both in just a short drive.
