Summerdale
Summerdale is a smaller neighborhood on the outer edge of downtown Fuquay Varina. The homes are mostly new construction that offer updated features and different floorplans. Most of the home are two-story with two-car garages. Wide sidewalks connect to the driveways and uniformed mailboxes, adding to the sense of community throughout the neighborhood.
Residents can enjoy convenience to the nearby Fuquay Varina Dog Park and the Fleming Loop Recreational Park. Main Street is just down the road, offering an array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment such as the Museums of Fuquay Varina and more family parks. Several schools are in the area, including Fuquay Varina High School. For access to additional shops, restaurants, or more recreational activities, residents can enjoy short commutes to downtown Raleigh, Cary, and even Jordan Lake.
