Stonebridge
Stonebridge consists of around 520 homes on private, wooded lots. The neighborhood is located in northern Wake County, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh. The neighborhood is just a few minutes to Wake Forest and the Falls Lake State Recreation Area. Residents can enjoy the beautiful forest scenery or visit the neighborhood's community clubhouse, which features two pools, a playground, tennis courts, and a soccer field.
Besides being just a short drive to the entertainment, restaurants, and shopping districts of Raleigh and Wake Forest, residents of Stonebridge can enjoy fun activities in their own neighborhood. The HOA and clubhouse host numerous events throughout the year, including a book club, toddler play-groups, and a kids' tennis team and swim team that gives kids the opportunity to learn how to play and compete with other teams around the Triangle.
The homes throughout Stonebridge have classic styles, one or two car garages, and two stories. Many homes also have long, private driveways, front yards, and quaint outdoor spaces. Some homes even sit on one or more acre lots.
