Sterling
Sterling is a large neighborhood with a mix of townhomes and detached, single-family homes, located just two miles from Research Triangle Park or RDU International Airport. There are several floorplans throughout the homes, many of which featuring a master bedroom downstairs or a two-car garage. The neighborhood also sits behind Briar Creek shops and restaurants, while being a short drive from William B. Umstead State Park or Frankie's Fun Park.
Residents can take a stroll throughout the neighborhood on the paved sidewalks, or hike around the nearby walking trails. There are several playgrounds in the area, along with access to community clubhouses, pools, dog parks, or athletic fields. Residents are around twenty-five minutes to downtown Raleigh or Chapel Hill, but only fifteen minutes from Durham.
