South Hall
South Hall is a 2018 neighborhood built by Winslow Homes along the Eastern border of downtown Youngsville. It's a quaint neighborhood of just eighteen homes, yet each home sits on a large lot a half to one full acre. There is a large pond within the neighborhood, while the whole community is nearly enclosed by beautiful trees with more charming ponds nearby. Residents can enjoy the natural setting on large back decks or screened-in porches. The homes also feature custom floorplans, granite countertops, and stone or trim work.
