Scotts Mill
Scott's Mill is in a fantastic location off Apex-Barbecue Road in Apex, NC. It is 2 miles from historic downtown Apex and 2 miles from I-540. The community is a master planned community with many parks, greenway, pool with swim team, basketball courts, tennis courts and planned activities weekly in the community center.
The homes in Scotts Mill are based on several neo-classical designs, giving the neighborhood a refreshing mix of home styles. The Scotts Mill Homeowners' Association includes over 500 single-family homes and 184 townhomes in Bungalow Park.
There are three additional neighborhoods within the greater Scotts Mill Community. Bungalow Park is the group of townhomes on the southwest side of Scotts Mill. One member of the Scotts Mill Homeowners' Association is required to be a resident of Bungalow Park. The Green neighborhood is located to the east of Scotts Mill and is bordered on its east by St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Within The Green is another group of townhomes that comprise the New Heritage neighborhood. Each of these neighborhoods has their own Homeowners' Association.
