Rutledge Landing
Rutledge Landing is a quaint neighborhood located in Southern Knightdale along Poole Road. It is a fairly large neighborhood, with mostly ranch and two-story homes. There is a strong sense of community with sidewalk-lined streets, other neighborhoods nearby, and through community gathering areas just down the road. There are some parks and playgrounds near the neighborhood as well, including ponds where residents can enjoy walking or fishing.
The homes in Rutledge Landing include a variety of floorplans, ranging from more traditional to modern open floorplans. The neighborhood features a lovely mixture of older, updated homes alongside newer houses. Some homes feature first-floor master suites, while others may include office spaces or additional living areas.
