Ramsley
Ramsley is single-family residential neighborhood located just off I-40 and Highway 86 South in Chapel Hill that started construction in 2017 and is planned until 2020. This custom neighborhood on the Western end of the Triangle features quick access to the Greenway, the CH-Park and Ride, and Carraway Village. Because the neighborhood is ideally situated near UNC Chapel Hill, UNC Hillsborough, and Duke University, these homes create quite a short commute for anyone working or attending school at the universities or hospitals.
The community is also not far from neighboring cities. Ramsley is located fifteen to thirty minutes away from either Research Triangle Park, Durham, Raleigh, and RDU International Airport.
