Ramsgate
Ramsgate is a 2018 neighborhood in Clayton, though it borders the Willow Spring(s) town limits as well. The neighborhood includes a variety of home styles, such as one-story ranches with bonus rooms over the garage to more traditional two-story homes. Residents can enjoy flat lots and quaint outdoor spaces, as well as the nearby walking trails along the many creeks and ponds throughout the area.
Residents are also not far from a handful of K-12 schools and athletic fields. A nearly straight drive to downtown Raleigh will take roughly twenty-five minutes, or less than fifteen minutes to Clayton's city center. Residents are just minutes from the quickly developing area of Willow Spring(s) or The Neuse Golf Club.
