Providence Place
Providence Place is a 491 home master-planned community that was started in 2001 and continued until 2016. It is located around ten minutes from Research Triangle Park, RDU International Airport, Lake Crabtree, and William B. Umstead State Park. Highways I-40 and I-540 are located adjacent to the neighborhood, which offer short commutes to other nearby cities. The neighborhood features two-story homes with two-car garages and sizeable home sites.
Providence Place is dedicated to offering multiple recreational activities conveniently available to its residents. The neighborhood includes a swimming pool, recreation area, and walking or biking trails connected to the city's Greenway system. There are several other parks nearby that have a small-town, community feel, as well as more lakes where residents can enjoy kayaking or hiking.
