Providence at Yates Pond
Providence at Yates Pond is located along the Morrisville Parkway, on the outer borders of downtown Cary and Apex. The neighborhood is also situated parallel to Raftery Park and the American Tobacco Trail. Providence at Yates Pond is nearby to several other parks, and is roughly twenty minutes away from Jordan Lake. Residents can visit Cary or Apex for shops, dining, or entertainment as the neighborhood is nearly in-between both cities, all while having a commute of about twenty-five minutes to Durham or Raleigh.
The homes, built by Baker Residential, offer different floorplans, flexible living areas, and custom details or features. Each home has a one or two-car garage, along with specifically designed outdoor spaces.
