Porto Fino features of Wake Forest features 121 custom-crafted homes located just a few minutes from Main Street. The homes include stunning stone work and grand facades, along with two-car garages and two or three stories. Some homes may feature a basement that can be utilized as storage space or flex-rooms. The neighborhood was started in 2005, with the bulk of the community being built from 2005 through 2008; however, many homes were also added from 2012 to 2018.
Porto Fino has an ideal location within Wake Forest as it appears to be nicely tucked away, allowing residents to have sizeable lots and enjoy more private, wooded areas.
