Poplar Creek Village is a 2017 to 2018 community located in Knightdale, roughly fifteen minutes from downtown or Southeast Raleigh. The neighborhood is also convenient to Highway 540 and the Knightdale Bypass, making commutes to Raleigh, Wake Forest, or Cary quick and efficient. The homes featured in Poplar Creek Village typically offer three or more bedrooms, at least two full bathrooms, and two-car garages. While the majority of the homes are two-stories, there are some one-story floorplans available.
