Patterson Woods
Patterson Woods is located slightly Southwest from downtown Youngsville, the Youngsville Public Library, and Youngsville Elementary School. Built by Savvy Homes, the neighborhood began construction early 2018 with several craftsman-styled homes. The homes are one to two-stories with two-car garages and charming outdoor areas. Many also include large unfinished or finished storage areas or attics.
Residents of Patterson Woods can enjoy quick access to downtown Youngsville in less than five minutes, or the quaint parks and lakes throughout the town. Residents are not far from the popular Hill Ridge Farms amusement center, or the historic area of downtown Wake Forest; which, includes E. Carroll Joyner Park and several local shops and restaurants.
