Orchards at Summerlyn
The Orchards at Summerlyn is a quaint neighborhood tucked in-between the Neuse Golf Club and East Clayton Community Park, less than ten minutes from downtown Clayton. The neighborhood promotes outdoor living with a community feel, not only with the convenient access to local parks, but also with a neighborhood pool and club house. Residents can stroll along paved sidewalks, or take their pets less than five minutes away to the East Clayton Dog Park. There are several ponds, lakes, and recreational areas near the neighborhood where residents can also enjoy hiking, fishing, boating, or camping.
The Orchards at Summerlyn, also referred to as The Groves, features single-family, two-story homes with open floor plans and two-car garages.
