Olde Mill Trace
Olde Mill Trace is medium-sized neighborhood, new as of early 2018, that is conveniently located to be just minutes from downtown Raleigh and Cary. The neighborhood is still expanding, and has been created to be a family-oriented community. It's prime location places Olde Mill Trace close to restaurants, shopping districts, entertainment, and recreational areas. Olde Mill Trace is just a couple miles away from Lake Wheeler Park, which provides access to fishing and hiking, among additional outdoor and family activities. Historic Yates Mill Pond Park is also just a short distance from the neighborhood.
