Morgan Creek
Morgan Creek is a large, community-focused neighborhood in Fuquay Varina. There are nicely paved sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, and Kenneth Creek runs through the community to a small pond residents can enjoy. Morgan Creek is situated on the South border of downtown Fuquay Varina and is parallel to South Main Street. Resident can enjoy the Fleming Loop Recreational Park, Kinton Field, Action Park, and the close proximity to the shops and restaurants of downtown Fuquay Varina. Downtown Raleigh and Cary are roughly thirty minutes away via nearby access to Highway 401. The neighborhood was started in 2004, though homes have been added up to 2018.
