Longleaf Estates has a wide variety of single-family homes with unique features and a North Raleigh location. With 299 homesites, it's one of the area's larger neighborhoods that even includes a community center with lounge spaces and pool. The homes can feature three to six bedrooms, nine-foot ceilings, two to three-car garages, or bonus rooms over the garage. Some homes may also feature quaint upstairs balconies off a bedroom.
The neighborhood's desirable location places residents a short drive from Rolesville, downtown Wake Forest, or the more city-like centers of North Raleigh. From 2010 to 2018, the area has seen sizable development with the additions of more K-12 schools, shopping centers, grocery stores, and recreational or fitness centers. The area is also popular on the weekends or around the holidays as several seasonal community events, such as parades, block parties, or farmer's markets are hosted.
