Kitts Creek
Kitts Creek is a beautiful mix of 19th Century inspired homes, to more modern floorplans and contemporary architectural details. The neighborhood sits on the Western border of Wake County, ten minutes from RDU International Airport and Research Triangle Park. A shopping center is also adjacent to the neighborhood that residents can access in a mere five minute drive. While the neighborhood is mostly made up of detached single-family homes, there are townhomes as well.
Kitts Creek features a 7,000 square foot Community Clubhouse that has an array of amenities for residents.
