Jordan Pointe combines country living with desirable amenities. The neighborhood is roughly fifteen minutes from Apex's city center. Though a home may have a New Hill address depending on what section of the neighborhood it sits in, the master-plan community has been geared more towards Apex commuters and new residents. Jordan Pointe is also less than fifteen minutes from Jordan Lake.
The neighborhood itself features several amenities, including walking trails, volleyball and basketball courts, a dog park, and community center; which, includes a swimming pool with cabana-style lounge areas. The homes can include two to three-car garages, large bonus rooms, spacious living rooms off gourmet-style kitchens, and third-story lofts or attic spaces.
