Jones Landing
The homes throughout Jones Landing were built from 1999 to 2007 with intent for the homes to be for mostly first-time-homebuyers. The neighborhood sits on the Southwest border of downtown Wendell and is less than fifteen minutes from Knightdale while being twenty-five minutes from downtown Raleigh. The quaint homes are either one story ranch styles or two-stories, some of which feature one to two-car garages.
Residents are just a few minutes from the Wendell Country Club and local park. A ten minute drive leads to downtown Zebulon, Whitley Park, and the Five County Stadium, which is home to the Class A Carolina Mudcats baseball team. There are several shopping centers nearby that include grocery stores and local restaurants. Wendell's small-town, southern charm allows residents to enjoy forested land a tight-knit community while being minutes from neighboring towns or recreational activities to enjoy North Carolina's landscape.
