Honeycutt Landing
Built by Eastwood Homes, Honeycutt Landing is a 2018 neighborhood located in the growing community of Willow Spring(s), which is around fifteen minutes from downtown Fuquay Varina. The neighborhood features mostly two-story homes, though there are some one-story ranch models. Some two-story homes may feature small balconies, while others will have large front porches or backyard spaces. The homes feature distinct details, such as exterior stone or brick accents. Some homes can also feature beautiful sunrooms or loft spaces. The neighborhood has one and a half acre to one acre homesites with lots of greenery.
Besides multiple ponds surrounding the neighborhood, with some including covered picnic areas, residents are a quick drive from shopping and dining centers throughout Fuquay Varina, or towards Garner and Raleigh. Residents are roughly on the border of Wake and Johnston counties, allowing them to enjoy what both have to offer.
