Holding Village
Holding Village is located in Wake Forest on over 94 acres of land that was once a dairy farm owned by the Holdings family. The community is rich in history as the family were vital to the establishment of Wake Forest from 1880 to 1920. They also owned a drugstore, small bank, and Royall Cotton Mill; but today, the land has been repurposed into this stunning neighborhood that began construction in mid 2017.
The neighborhood is made up of 374 single family homes that combine lakeside living and Charleston-style architecture. Residents can enjoy a day on the lake, biking or walking the neighborhood trails, or swimming at the community pool. The neighborhood is also just minutes away from historic downtown Wake Forest, which is home to local specialty shops and restaurants. The town also hosts several festivals and farmer's markets throughout the seasons. Just down the road are multiple K-12 schools and additional shopping districts. Residents of Wake Forest can also enjoy short commutes to downtown Raleigh and neighboring towns such as Rolesville, Youngsville, and Louisburg.
