Highgate Park

Highgate Park is a relatively small neighborhood in Wake Forest that offers single-family townhomes and detached homes. The majority of the homeowners are first-time home buyers or residents that downsized. The neighborhood is situated in a quaint and quiet setting with lots of lush green landscaping, trees, and paved sidewalks that are perfect for an afternoon stroll. Highgate Park is also located just minutes from the popular shopping and Historic District of downtown Wake Forest. There, residents can enjoy specialty shop, locally-owned businesses and restaurants, and even annual festivals or seasonal farmer's markets. 

Residents are also not far from several parks and recreational activities, including Miller Park, E. Carroll Joyner Park, and Paschal Golf Club. There are several K-12 schools roughly 10 minutes or less from the neighborhood, including Wake Forest, Rolesville, and Heritage schools. Highgate Park offers residents quaint living while also being just minutes from the newer shopping centers and development across Wake Forest. The town has an array of shopping opportunities, restaurants, and even some of the best health centers of the Triangle, including the UNC REX Health Care Facility of Wakefield, right off Capital Boulevard. Residents are a short drive from several highways that allows for a quick commute to downtown Raleigh.
