Heritage
Heritage is one of Wake Forest's most sought after communities that features an array of amenities. Residents can have access to the Swim & Tennis Club, or the award winning Golf Club & Course; which, offers a full driving range, practice bunker and chipping green, a private teaching green, and a putting green of 8,000 square feet.
There are playgrounds scattered throughout the community, as well as walking trails that span along Heritage's many green spaces and ponds. Additionally, Heritage is home to a town athletic field that often hosts soccer games and K-12 championships. The Swim & Tennis Club has also been the home of multiple sprint triathlons in recent years, such as the Rho Smile Train Tri.
Many homes throughout Heritage may have pond or golf course views right outside their backdoors. Heritage offers townhomes up to single-family homes of varying floorplans and styles. Residents are just five to ten minutes away from elementary through high schools, as well as several grocery stores and local businesses. A ten to fifteen minute drive will lead residents to either downtown Raleigh, or the Historic District of Wake Forest.
