Granite Falls
Granite Falls offers the peacefulness of a quaint town with luxury amenities. The neighborhood is located in the small town of Rolesville, specifically in Northern Wake County, along the border of Wake Forest. Residents can enjoy membership to the the Granite Falls Swim and Athletic Club, which features a competition-sized indoor pool, outdoor pool with a children's wading area, a slide, and lazy river. There is also an athletic center inside the clubhouse with top-of-the-line fitness equipment and even a children's exercise area. The clubhouse also hosts fitness classes throughout the year, including swimming lessons.
Granite Falls is close to several K-12 schools, including Heritage and Rolesville schools. Downtown Raleigh is roughly 15 minutes away, as is the North Campus of Wake Technical Community College. The neighborhood began development in 2007 with new homes being added until early 2018. They feature open floorplans, large two-car garages, and spacious living areas. Some homes may even feature an additional, slightly separated third-car garage area and a bonus room. Many of the homes throughout the neighborhood have stunning stone exteriors and long driveways.
