Durant Trace
Durant Trace is a larger community of 208 homes in North Raleigh, about 10 minutes from Wake Forest, and 15 minutes from popular North Hills shopping, dining, and entertainment. There are paved sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, and residents can enjoy the Durant Nature Preserve, Annie Louise Wilkerson Nature Preserve Park, or the Falls Lake Dam Recreation Area; all of which, are roughly 20 minutes from the neighborhood.
Durant Trace is an established community that was built mostly throughout the late 1990's. The neighborhood offers residents quiet, yet convenient suburb living as downtown Raleigh and Research Triangle Park are less than 30 minutes away. Triangle Town Center Mall, multiple grocery stores, and K-12 schools are also close to Durant Trace. The community also has an active HOA that hosts social activities throughout the year, along with allowing residents to communicate via newsletters or a Facebook group.
