Brightwood Trails
Brightwood Trails is a fairly large, new neighborhood as of early 2018 that offers two-story, single family homes in the Eastern suburbs of Durham. The neighborhood really sits almost perfectly in-between downtown Durham and RDU International Airport, along with the William B. Umstead State Park. The Falls Lake State Recreation Area is also less than fifteen minutes away.
The neighborhood has been built by Beazer Homes and offer modern floorplans with emphasis on family living in a tight-knit community. Many of the homes are connected by paved sidewalks, and residents can enjoy the beautiful landscaping or NC seasons on either front porches or second-floor balconies; which, can be found with some of the home models. Some of the balconies may be connected to master suites, and the homes can also feature spacious living areas and two-car garages.
