Breckenridge is conveniently located next to Research Triangle Park, making it an ideal spot for commuters. Nearby, McCrimmon Corners shopping mall offers a Harris Teeter grocery store, a variety of restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood provides easy access to major highways, with RDU International Airport just a short drive away.
Originally developed in the late 1980s, Breckenridge has expanded over the years with homes built through the mid-2000s. The community consists of seven subdivisions: The Lakes, Legends, Manors, Park, Preserve, Terrace, and Vistas. It offers a mix of townhomes and single-family, two-story homes, some on larger, private lots.
