Applewood
Applewood sits nearly in the center of a triangle formation created by downtown Creedmoor, Butner, and Falls Lake. Most of the homes have been built throughout 2017 to 2018 by Wynn Homes, and an additional section has been added as of mid 2018 that is referred to as The Village at Applewood. The neighborhood offers two-story, single family homes with either one or two-car garages. Many of the homes have wide front porches or backyard patio areas that overlook either flat, mostly flat, or wooded yards.
Highways 85 and 501 are only a couple minutes from the neighborhood, which can offer a quick, straight commute to downtown Durham. Roughly a thirty minute drive will take residents to Youngsville or Wake Forest as well. Though there are multiple parks nearby, along with Falls Lake camping sites, Applewood's location places residents in a relaxing, natural setting that can be enjoyed all year round.
