Alyson Pond
Alyson Pond is a quaint neighborhood in North Raleigh that lies right along the Duran Nature Preserve Park and Highway 540. Residents can also enjoy the neighborhood's clubhouse which features a community pool, playground with a "tot-lot," tennis courts, and a basketball court. The clubhouse is a central gathering area for residents and hosts many social events throughout the year, such as holiday parities or children play-dates.
Besides the gorgeous landscaping throughout Alyson Pond, residents can enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood's pond, and some houses even have beautiful views of it from their backyards. Alyson Pond is around fifteen minutes to downtown Raleigh, and the same from Wake Forest in the other direction.
